Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Excel spreadsheets is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge of Company products and procedures through on-the-job training activities.
• Develops knowledge of panel and lumber grades and lumber math.
• Learns to operate the Company’s business system for administrative functions.
• Develops understanding of product costing and budgeting basics.
• Gains exposure to production scheduling and expense control processes.
• Under supervision, tours other facilities to understand operations and reports on assignments.
