This fast-paced program offers cross-functional exposure across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management, with the goal of developing your operations and fleet maintenance background while paid to train.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge/skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages advanced.
• Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics — beginner level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality customer interface and proactive customer management to drive satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers.
• Partner with Sales on customer calls for new business and increased satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads; ensure policies optimize costs.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns, vehicle status updates, and technician planning.
