The Operations Management Intern – Modular Fabrication will gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of Enerfab’s modular fabrication operations, including estimating, project management, and shop operations. This paid internship is designed to provide students with exposure to the full lifecycle of modular fabrication projects, from initial estimating and planning through fabrication, execution, and delivery.
The intern will work alongside estimating, project management, and shop operations teams to learn how projects are planned, priced, coordinated, and executed safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for a student interested in construction management, engineering, operations, or industrial project execution who wants practical experience in a fabrication environment.
This internship provides an opportunity to develop a well-rounded understanding of industrial modular fabrication and construction operations. Interns will gain practical exposure to estimating, project management, and shop operations while seeing firsthand how each function contributes to successful project execution.
By the end of the internship, the intern should have a stronger understanding of the complete project lifecycle—from estimating and planning through fabrication and project delivery—and the different career paths available within Enerfab.
