Position Overview: The Emergency Bridge Housing Operations Associate will provide program support and assist with facilities maintenance at the scattered site emergency bridge housing properties in Sacramento. They will assist the Supervisor in maintaining a positive, professional, and safe environment at the sites, protecting against external and internal disruptions. Our Operations Associates use problem-solving, empathy, and verbal de-escalation skills to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests. They will provide general support and customer service for Bridge Housing guests including conducting rounds and property condition inventory checklists, observing, and reporting any facilities/maintenance needs, providing basic maintenance such as changing lightbulbs, replacing batteries in smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors, coordinating check-in, conducting guest property checks, and providing light cleaning and conflict resolution. They will also be responsible for communicating policies and procedures to internal and external constituents. This role will be part of our Engagement Associates team. City Net’s programs follow Housing First and Harm Reduction service models.
Place of Work: Reports daily to the assigned local office to be dispatched to fieldwork at emergency bridge housing sites throughout the assigned region.
Expected Hours & Schedules: This position works 5 days per week, 8 hours each shift for a total of 40 hours per workweek. 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday-Friday.
