Carbon Crusher - Machine Operator / Equipment Operator / Construction Worker / Road Maintenance Worker

Location: West Coast USA - ideally CA or AZ based

Core Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

• Operating the Crusher and other equipment (tractor, grader, tack truck, compactor)
• Transporting equipment to and from job sites
• Maintaining machinery and equipment, including welding and metalworking
• Traveling to various work sites, especially in the summer
• Follow safety protocols and perform tasks in the interest of personal and public safety, and property protection
• Completes work according to specified work orders
• Completes required daily logs and reports.
• May be required to lift work-related materials, equipment, and tools of more than 75 lbs. in weight

What we’re looking for:

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class A or B
• Strong technical skills
• Experience in the construction industry, particularly in grading and compacting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Open to learning new methods of road rehabilitation and operating state-of-the-art machinery
• Flexible and reliable
• Have a CA or AZ Contractors Licence
• Hold Flagger Certification Credentials
• Have prior pavement preservation experience
