Job summary
A global business enterprise is seeking an Operations Administration and Logistics Coordinator to provide essential support for operations, administration, and logistics. The role involves developing CBRN deployment plans, managing task systems, and identifying training requirements. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of operational experience, understand CBRN detection operations, and must have the ability to adapt to changing policies. This position requires a Secret Security Clearance and a Commercial Driver’s License Class B or the ability to obtain one within 3 months. The work location includes Portland, OR among others.
Qualifications
5 years minimum operational experience.
Understanding of CBRN detection operations including planning.
Ability to learn and adapt to changes in policy and programmatic needs.
Must have Secret Security Clearance.
Able to carry equipment up to 50lbs.
Must have Commercial Driver’s License Class B or ability to obtain within 3 months.
Responsibilities
Provide operations, administrative, and logistics coordination support.
Develop and implement MDDP CBRN deployment plans.
Support document development and strategic planning efforts.
Manage and coordinate MDDP tasking systems and requests.
Identify training requirements and develop training plans.
Administer MDDP property management and equipment inventory support.
