Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Operations Analyst to provide analytical support and strategic insights to the Operations and Logistics team. You will forecast inbound/outbound volumes, generate KPI reports, and assist with cost tracking and capacity planning to optimize DC performance.

The role requires strong Excel and ERP proficiency, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and a Bachelor’s degree. This onsite position offers comprehensive benefits and a dynamic, fast-paced work environment at SKIMS

Qualifications

• 5+ consecutive years of experience in operations management, fulfillment, or supply chain management; fashion company experience is a plus.
• Operational forecasting and budgeting experience is a plus.
• Experience managing relationships with vendors, 3PLs, and dedicated warehouses.
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Looker, Microsoft Office Suite, NetSuite, and project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Forecast inbound and outbound volume by sales channel and fulfillment location.
• Prepare invoices, KPIs, and supporting documentation for monthly close reconciliation, and collaborate with Accounting and FP&A to validate MoM variances and trends.
• Track departmental costs and analyze performance against budget to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to translate data into insights for Operations & Logistics, including cost modeling and capacity planning.
• Develop KPI reports for daily tracking of DC-SLA and capacity performance and present insights.
• Maintain internal rate card and SOP documentation.
• Foster a positive work environment and escalate issues as needed.
