Job Title: Operations Liaison Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented problem solver to lead a localized team in key metro-markets, ensuring operational accuracy and data completeness before transactions reach ESC. This role bridges communication and process gaps, supports key initiatives, training, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will bring analytical insight, people leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to support operational excellence and client satisfaction. Experience with OCF and EPM/SmartView is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Regional Oversight
   • Manage and mentor functional leads to drive team effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
   • Set performance objectives, provide coaching, and support professional development.
   • Oversee workload distribution, address operational bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
2. Contract Data Management
   • Maintain accurate contract data attributes across systems.
   • Collaborate with legal, sales, finance, and operations to validate and reconcile contract details.
   • Identify and resolve discrepancies to uphold data integrity and compliance.
3. Client Escalation & Issue Resolution
   • Serve as the primary contact for high-priority client escalations.
   • Prioritize issues and coordinate with teams for timely resolutions.
   • Monitor resolution timelines and keep stakeholders informed.
4. Operational Reporting
   • Provide regional KPI reports and collaborate on SOPs and strategic initiatives.
   • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in operations management or similar role.
• Proven leadership and operational efficiency experience.
• Experience with contract data, client issue resolution, collections, procurement, onboarding.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with large ERP systems like JDE and Oracle Financials is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $89,900 - $120,000 plus commission and auto allowance. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, 401(k), paid maternity leave, and disability insurance.
