Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking an Operations Lead In Training to jumpstart a leadership career in a fast-paced service environment. Over a 16-week program, you will develop hands-on operational skills while reporting to an experienced General Manager.

You will drive guest experiences, lead daily operations, promote memberships, and learn how to coach a team, balance speed and quality, and grow into an Assistant General Manager role.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience: at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coaching and guest interactions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented setting.
