WebstaurantStore in Baytown, TX is seeking an Operations Leadership Trainee to rotate through inbound to outbound distribution operations and prepare for a future managerial role within our Baytown Distribution Center.

The role emphasizes supervising teams, driving process improvements, coaching staff, and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals in a fast-paced environment to support our growth and deliver exceptional service to customers.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a proven supervisory or management role.
• Experience in operations and supply chain preferred.
• Ability to motivate and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage up to 20 Associates
• Develop practical solutions to problems without sacrificing quality
• Meet department’s daily, weekly, and monthly goals of the distribution center
• Achieve high performance standards while coaching, training, and developing employees on best practices of our business
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment which is always adapting to better serve our customers
• Analyze opportunities for growth, cutting costs, reducing damages, and improving efficiencies
• Continually improving productivity targets and process improvements
• Other duties as assigned.
