Convergint is seeking an energetic, results-driven operations professional to join our College Development Program in Houston. This full-time role begins with a six-month training program to build knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed, followed by opportunities to manage projects on time and on budget while delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with problem solving, organization and leadership.
• Desire to learn and apply solutions to customer challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build trust with existing customers by executing projects to successful completion.
• Collaborate with premier partners in vertical markets and industries.
• Partner with sales personnel to ensure project execution exceeds expectations.
• Manage, oversee, and coordinate all aspects for small to medium projects.
• Communicate project requirements and maintain up-to-date records.
• Inform customers of project status, challenges, changes, and other information.
