How You’ll Make An Impact

The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is an outstanding, accelerated opportunity to develop vital skills for a career as an Operations leader. The program is led by a dedicated Program Manager with oversight by the Operations Leadership Team. OLDP participants will have the opportunity for multiple assignments over two years, providing strategic direction in different facets of Operations while exposing them to core processes, technologies, and leaders. Participants will gain proficiency across various functional areas, business units, products/services, and regions. Additional learning opportunities include formal development sessions, dedicated executive mentorship, utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology, and a network of outstanding LDP alumni.

Rotations will include the following functional areas:

• People Management: Team Lead
• Technical: PPI Specialist, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer
• Supply Chain: Planning & Sourcing
• Quality: Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs
• Distribution/Logistics: Distribution/Logistics Specialist
• Procurement: Direct and Indirect Category Management, Procurement Excellence
