Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop’s signature service and quality.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes for efficiency.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
• Address guest feedback professionally to ensure positive resolutions.
• Train and develop team members to reach their full potential.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Two years of management or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Compensation

• Hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $23.00 plus tips.
