Job summary

AIDA-America is seeking a Director of Operations in Dayton, OH to lead the Production Promotions functions, including planning, purchasing, manufacturing and facilities management. You will guide senior teams, drive budget achievement, and partner with the President on strategic plans.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in capital equipment, with a focus on safety, quality and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in capital equipment industry.
• Minimum 15 years in line management.
• Experience with metal stamping presses preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO and QMS standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of Production Promotions, including planning, purchasing, manufacturing and facilities management.
• Direct and guide subordinates to meet budget and performance goals.
• Assist the President with long-, mid-, and short-term business plans and policy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety, and quality management system adherence.
