Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Higher Education or related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in Residential Life.
• At least two years of progressive supervision experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operational oversight of state buildings under Residential Life.
• Manage 40-50 student Resource Managers including shift scheduling and meetings.
• Supervise 4-6 Operations Crew and coordinate repairs and equipment tracking.
• Coordinate scheduling of reservable spaces and process related billing.
• Lead Residence Hall Closing planning and student staff scheduling/training.
• Conduct monthly tours/inspections of residence facilities with facilities staff.
• Participate in Residential Operations team activities and committees.
• Aid in developing fire safety and safety training with campus partners.
• Serve in on-call rotation for nights and weekends to address incidents.
