Georgia-Pacific is seeking an Operations Leader - Pulp to support our Crossett Paper Mill in Crossett, Arkansas. This unique role combines technical engineering ownership with people leadership and capability development responsibilities within the pulp operation. A successful candidate will drive operational excellence by improving asset reliability, enhancing process performance, developing team capabilities, and creating long-term value through continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners closely with operations, maintenance, reliability, quality, and environmental teams to optimize pulp manufacturing performance while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and Principle-Based Management. This role reports to the Product System Leader who reports into the Manager of Tissue Operations at the mill.
