Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Financial Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 1+ years' experience in logistics, supply chain management, human resources, finance or related area OR 3+ years' experience in logistics, supply chain management, human resources, finance, or related area.
Responsibilities
- Oversees development and improvement of operational tools, reports and customer-facing functionality, aligning with business needs.
- Designs project plans, leads teams, and manages timelines to deliver initiatives.
- Provides data-driven insights to support business decisions and cross-functional collaboration.
- Trains and develops associates, monitors performance, and supports hiring and promotion processes.
