Job summary

Aqueous Vets is seeking a General Manager for the Redding, CA facility to lead manufacturing, purchasing, quality and EHS, while driving cost efficiency and continuous improvement across all operations. You will shape the site’s culture, align resources with business priorities, and ensure world-class performance and customer service.

You will partner with the VP of Operations to implement budgets, develop site KPIs, and mentor frontline leaders to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience leading site operations including manufacturing, purchasing, planning, quality, EHS, and process optimization.
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Demonstrated ability in developing associates to achieve potential and goals.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing concepts to reduce cost and improve productivity.
