Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals.
• Assign duties and coordinate workloads to support production, quality, and safety.
• Monitor productivity by preparing and reviewing business reports.
• Ensure associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns and take corrective action when needed.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by providing feedback and coaching.
