Job summary

Rangen LLC in Idaho is seeking an Operations Manager to lead plant manufacturing, scheduling, maintenance, and compliance to meet business goals. You will direct safety programs, optimize processes, and ensure regulatory adherence across the site.

You will work with Production, Maintenance, Quality, HR, Safety, and other teams to drive continuous improvement and RMS implementation. This role offers growth and exposure to senior leadership in a safety-first environment.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement in processes.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude for equipment operation and root cause analysis.
  • Budgets and financial statements familiarity; P&L knowledge.
  • Ability to lead and influence senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet SQDV goals.
  • Maintain safety culture and drive improvements with EH&S.
  • Develop and sustain standard work across processes.
  • Drive cost reduction and labor optimization.
  • Collaborate with Procurement on cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Coach and develop operations team and leaders.
  • Promote communication and sound decision-making.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and training programs.
  • Implement RMS with visual boards and Kaizen events.
  • Provide reporting on performance and issues.
  • Oversee Quality Management System and cost of quality.
  • Support maintenance with preventive activities.
