Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Centers is looking for an experienced Manager in Training to oversee operations across its food & beverage, bowling, and arcade services. This role requires team leadership and excellent customer service to provide an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience required.
• Experience in Hospitality and/or Food & Beverage is a plus.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating team members.
• Adhere to HR policies and safety requirements.
• Drive process improvements.
• Address operational service or customer issues.
