Your Role at Sephora

As an Operations Leader, you'll oversee store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience. You'll lead a dedicated team, providing guidance and support to help them excel. If you are passionate about retail operations and team support, this role is ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing Order Fulfillment: Manage the order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and excellent service.
  • Managing Inventory: Oversee inventory management to maintain a well-stocked store.
  • Supervising Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean and operates smoothly.
  • Leading Sales and Promotional Events: Coordinate the setup and execution of sales events and promotions.
  • Loss Prevention: Participate in efforts to prevent loss, maintaining a safe shopping environment.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Leadership experience, preferably in retail operations.
  • Passion for customer service and teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Flexible availability during peak retail hours.
  • Reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
