Sephora Buckhead is seeking an Operations Leader to drive store performance through inventory control, replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining Sephora's brand standards.

You will lead the operations team, coach associates, and deliver an exceptional client experience. The role requires at least 2 years of leadership in retail or hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
