Sephora Burlingame is seeking an Operations Leader to run the store floor with a focus on inventory, merchandising, and exceptional client service. You will guide the operations team, ensure compliance with standards, and drive sales through strong process execution.

The role requires at least 2 years of leadership in retail or hospitality, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and develop the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsabilités

• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment and maintain operational standards.
• Lead visual merchandising, promotions, and store upkeep to reinforce Sephora brand and drive sales.
• Coach and train team members to develop their careers and understand selling behaviors and company initiatives.
