Qualifications

• Experience leading operations teams in distribution, transportation, or field service.
• Proven ability to develop and implement SOPs and process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/OSHA safety requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing large, multi-department teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership across all operational functions to ensure efficiency and alignment.
• Lead a workforce of ~60 employees including managers, drivers, dispatchers, and field staff.
• Set clear expectations, accountability standards, and performance objectives.
• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, productivity, customer satisfaction, and safety metrics.
• Develop and continuously improve SOPs to standardize processes across operations.
• Identify and address operational challenges, driving safety, efficiency, and performance improvements.
• Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and safety policies; promote a strong safety culture.
• Lead daily operational meetings and weekly updates to improve visibility and accountability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on budgeting, planning, and long-term growth.
