Big Dan's Car Wash in Titusville, FL is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced, outdoor setting. You will ensure top customer service, drive membership sales, and manage site performance and budget to achieve operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in process-driven environments, a hands-on leadership style, and a passion for delivering an exceptional car wash experience for every customer, every visit.

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, operations, distribution, logistics, or other process-driven environments.
Ability to lead from the front in a fast-paced setting and balance customer service with operational excellence.
Comfortable working to improve efficiency within budget and standards.

Responsibilities

Assist the Operating Partner with building and maintaining a strong team.
Ensure site runs smoothly, efficiently, and within budget.
Keep the site looking great and well-maintained.
Lead the culture by living the company values and delivering great service.
Greet customers at the pay station and actively selling memberships to single-wash customers.
