Big Dan's Car Wash in Titusville, FL is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and build a high-performing team in a fast-paced, outdoor setting. You will ensure top customer service, drive membership sales, and manage site performance and budget to achieve operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in process-driven environments, a hands-on leadership style, and a passion for delivering an exceptional car wash experience for every customer, every visit.

Qualifications

The General Manager assists the Operating Partner with building and maintaining a strong team that delivers a top-notch car wash experience. This means making sure everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and within budget. They are also responsible for keeping the site looking great, well-maintained, and operating at its best. Most importantly, the General Manager helps create a positive culture by leading with the company’s values and making sure the team stays focused on delivering great service every day. This includes spending time at the pay station greeting customers and actively selling memberships to single-wash customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, operations, production, distribution, logistics, or other process-driven environments where success depends on managing people, maintaining standards, improving efficiency, and delivering consistent results. They should be comfortable leading from the front, working in a fast-paced setting, and balancing customer service with operational excellence.
