SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager for the Brooklyn area to oversee day-to-day administration, planning, budgeting, scheduling, delivery, inventory accuracy, metrics, and safety.

The role focuses on improving processes and service levels while empowering the team to succeed. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years of related experience in distribution or construction materials, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years related work experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in construction industry or building materials is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, trust, and servant leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting.
• Manage delivery, inventory accuracy, and safety compliance in warehouse and job sites.
• Lead and coordinate team across departments to improve productivity and service levels.
• Ensure effective communication with customers and internal teams; monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Support lien releases and manage process improvements where applicable.
