Job summary

Viant Medical is seeking an Operations Manager for its Chicopee site. In this role, you'll oversee manufacturing processes, lead a team of supervisors, and drive performance improvements across production. Responsibilities include achieving key KPIs, promoting a positive work environment, and ensuring safety compliance.

The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical products, and hold knowledge of FDA regulations and lean manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of machining and product assembly.
• Ability to manage and lead teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure safety and compliance.
• Achieve production KPIs for quality and cost.
• Lead EHS initiatives to promote safety culture.
