Job summary

Goanna Ag in Waterloo, NE is seeking an Operations Manager to lead field device support, warehouse operations, and front-office activities on a full-time basis.

You will manage technical support for in-field devices, coordinate installation crews, oversee shipping/logistics, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive process improvements across departments. Occasional after-hours work with the international team is expected.

• Hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Strong discipline and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical support for in-field devices and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Oversee logistics between Goanna USA, partners, and Goanna AUS.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and warehouse safety and organization.
• Coordinate installations, activations, and field staff for installs/repairs.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements across teams.
