MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, seeks an Assistant Manager for the Columbia location at 1621A Towne Dr. The role supports daily operations with strong leadership to drive team performance and align with company standards.

The ideal candidate will lead with organization, efficiency, and a customer-focused approach while mentoring staff and ensuring safety and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory/management role within a corporate environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor team members, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management to foster professional development and accountability.
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of operational procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Support the management of inventory, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
• Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Communicate effectively with senior management, team members, and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Participate in training programs and onboarding of new staff members to ensure consistency in service delivery.
• Monitor and maintain workplace safety standards and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting as required.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and make decisive decisions to address operational challenges.
