• Apply Problem Solving and Time Management to solve day-to-day operational challenges
• Steer Civic Innovation Lab's Conflict Resolution roadmap with both nerve and humility
• Juggle builder-led priorities without dropping the ones that matter
• Own the follow-through after the general meeting ends
