Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee sorting and separating raw materials in the Operations Team.
• Lead and develop a cohesive team to meet safety and production goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, EPA, OSHA standards and internal policies.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.
• Support maintenance activities and oversee equipment and facility standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cost control across operations.
