Pet Food Experts is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee order selectors, loaders, expeditors, and office coordination, guiding the warehouse team and supporting the Warehouse Management Team.

This role requires safe equipment operation, strong English skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example, while maintaining reliable attendance and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, pallet jack, high reach truck) preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English, including identifying numbers.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing and able to make decisions within the Team Leader area of responsibility (leading by example, delegating work, evaluating performance, motivating, training employees, etc.)
• Candidate must have reliable transportation, flexible schedule, solid attendance and a positive, professional attitude and demonstrated ability to lead a team through motivation and mentoring

What You’ll Do:

The Warehouse Operations Lead is responsible for performing the functions and accountabilities required in various warehouse operations roles including: Order Selector, Loader, Expeditor and Office Coordinator positions and supporting the Warehouse Management Team with training, leading and directing other warehouse personnel in the absence of management and when required by the Warehouse Manager.
