Job summary

Buckhead & Newport Meat and Seafood is seeking an Operations Services Lead to guide a small team of operational support personnel. You will oversee operations, budgets, marketing initiatives, and analytics, with 2–5 direct reports and collaboration across Sysco leadership.

The role focuses on delivering actionable reporting, driving marketing efforts, and building strong internal and external partnerships while continuously improving performance and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing and/or Management in a corporate environment.
• At least 3 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the work and productivity of the operation support team.
• Create and present reporting and analytics on project activity.
• Lead development of marketing efforts (micro-site, blog, newsletters).
• Maintain productive relationship with Sysco menu services leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve team performance.
• Oversee and maintain menu services live chat/support function.
• Develop training for the menu services team.
• Maintain OnDemand tool and roll out new functionality.
