Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Manager to lead site operations, improve quality and safety, and drive productivity across shifts in Las Vegas. You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and partner with clients to meet KPI targets.

The role requires a strong lean mindset, 2+ years of management experience, and expertise in data analysis and MS Office. A collaborative culture with growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• Lean and Six Sigma methodologies with a focus on process improvement.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive Operations management experience.
• Experience leading up to 100 associates and coaching direct reports.
• Strong communication and collaboration with peers and leadership.
• Ability to analyze data to identify defects and root causes.

Responsabilités

• Accountable to client SLA and site quality targets.
• Create and manage day-to-day operational strategy for campus.
• Develop and mentor direct reports.
• Oversee 2nd shift and weekend rotations as needed.
• Lead performance management and shift directives for efficiency.
• Interact with clients on operational topics and KPIs.
• Oversee quality assurance metrics and continuous improvement.
• Deliver productivity improvements and lean CI initiatives.
• Organize resources to improve safety, quality, and costs.
