Mister Car Wash is hiring for an Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) in Minnesota. The program launches a leadership career by building hands-on operational skills during a 16-week training track, under the guidance of an experienced General Manager.

You will lead daily operations, balance speed and quality, promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships, and grow your leadership capabilities with real responsibility and mentorship in a fast-paced, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
