Job summary

Advantage Media Services in New Holland, PA is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily operations, motivate staff and ensure production and safety targets are met.

You will coordinate schedules, train temp staff, prepare reports and maintain compliance with client contracts and company policies. Strong leadership and communication skills are required in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Ability to become forklift certified.
• Understanding of warehousing operations with experience in a distribution and/or fulfillment environment.
• Skills in leadership, organization, communication and cross functional teamwork.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
• College education a plus or work experience equivalent.

Job Summary

This individual is tasked with overseeing and motivating operations employees to meet productivity objectives. They will also be focusing on coaching and leading the operations team to effectively and safely attain production and quality targets. Furthermore, they will be responsible for supervising and training warehouse staff to ensure adherence to production schedules, company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
