The company delivers freight daily for its customers across the southern United States using its autonomous technology. In 2024, Kodiak became the first known company to publicly announce delivering a driverless semi-truck to a customer. As an Operations Lead, Command Center, you’ll serve as the on-shift leader responsible for the coordination of live autonomous and human-assisted trucking operations. You’ll ensure uninterrupted service delivery, proactive customer communication. You’ll work closely with Operations Specialists, remote operators, and On-Site Support teams to ensure operations run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
