Job description

Role Overview:

This role will be pivotal in driving the implementation of initiatives to improve operational efficiency, develop innovative digital solutions, enhance customer experiences, and collaborate with third-party providers (Yakeen, Thiqah, etc.) to ensure best-in-class service delivery aligned with Cigna's global standards and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Transformation:
    • Lead initiatives that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, focusing on digital channels such as mobile apps and portals.
    • Implement cutting-edge digital solutions for health insurance products and services.
  2. Project Management:
    • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of local projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
    • Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders for seamless implementation.
  3. Automation:
    • Implement automation in data upload, processing, and underwriting capabilities.
    • Develop seamless processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve customer satisfaction.
  4. Target Market Capability:
    • Support development of digital platforms tailored to the Saudi market with user-friendly interfaces and features catering to local preferences.
    • Implement localization features and integrate various payment gateways such as buy now pay later and Apple Pay.
    • Use predictive modeling to anticipate market trends and adapt strategies proactively.
    • Optimize platform performance across various devices, considering regional internet connectivity variances.
  5. Regulatory Compliance and Governance:
    • Ensure adherence to all relevant Saudi Arabian regulations and Cigna’s global policies.
    • Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Business/IT management, with a proven track record in digital transformation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the latest digital technologies and cybersecurity practices.
  • Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry, preferably in the Middle Eastern market.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Skills:

  • Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in Power BI or Qlik Sense is a plus.
