Jack Link’s Inc. is hiring for Production Worker roles in Kentucky. Positions include 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts with hourly wages ranging from $17.50 to $20.50 per hour. Duties cover raw and ready-to-eat production, packaging, quality checks, and safe, efficient operation of materials handling equipment.

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 5:30am to 2pm, $17.50 per hour
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00am to 3:30pm, $17.50 per hour
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 4pm to 12:30am,$20.50 per hour ($17.50 per hour PLUS $3 shift differential)
2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30pm to 2:00am,$20.50 per hour ($17.50 per hour PLUS $3 shift differential)
3rd Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6am to 6pm, $20.00 ($17.50 per hour Plus $2.50 shift Differential)
The role of the Production Worker is to perform necessary functions in order to efficiently, safely, and correctly prepare and process raw material to prepare it for cooking orcut & package finished product in preparation for shipment to customer.
The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:

The salary for this role is $17.50. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards.
