Parker Hannifin is seeking an Operations Lead Person to support the Plant Manager at our Missouri site. You will oversee manufacturing planning, monitor material inventory, production metrics, and drive continuous improvement using Lean tools.
You will make decisions within defined parameters and mentor team members to improve safety, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities include coordinating scheduling, back-up lead activities, ensuring on-time deliveries, managing material transactions
The Operations Lead Person will assist the Plant Manager in overseeing various operational processes at the site. They will own manufacturing planning, monitor material inventory and production metrics, and coordinate various other site operational and continuous improvement activities. The person in this role will work within defined parameters to make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action utilizing leadership skills and Lean tools.
