Job summary

Inadev Corporation is seeking an Operations Lead to manage operational readiness and 24/7 production support for our platform. You will establish 24/7 processes, coordinate incident response, and ensure reliability in alignment with federal expectations.

You will drive incident coordination, define runbooks, dashboards, and escalation procedures, while collaborating across operations, DevSecOps, engineering, security, and support teams. A hybrid Reston, VA schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT operations, production support, service delivery, DevSecOps, or infrastructure operations experience.
• Experience coordinating incident management, change management, release support, monitoring, and escalation processes.
• Experience leading operational readiness for enterprise systems or mission-critical platforms.
• Strong communication, coordination, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills. Familiarity with ITSM tools, dashboards, runbooks, SLAs, and operational reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive root-cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and operational risk reduction.
• Partner with client stakeholders and program leadership to communicate operational status, incidents, risks, and readiness.
• Ensure operational practices align with security, compliance, continuity, and federal reporting requirements.
• Use AI-assisted operations tools to support incident analysis, runbook drafting, trend detection, and status reporting.

Requirements

Non-Technical Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be willing to work a HYBRID Schedule (2 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS monitoring, logging, automation, CI/CD, or cloud operations practices
• Familiarity with AI-assisted incident analysis, operations reporting, knowledge management, or automation tools
