Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions seeks a Warehouse/Production Team Leader in Lyndon, VT to manage the location’s warehouse and production team, oversee inventory, and supervise seasonal staff. You will maintain equipment, ensure SH&E compliance, and handle paperwork and training.

Forklift operations and strong organizational skills are essential. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years leading teams in agriculture, proficiency with Excel/Word/Outlook, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in agriculture or a combination of education and work experience.
• Proficient use of Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse/production team for the location.
• Order and track inventory of production and equipment parts.
• Assist in hiring seasonal staff and supervise all other warehouse staff and ensure proper training is provided.
• Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs of facilities and equipment.
• Ensure SH&E compliance at the location.
• Ensure paperwork is completed fully and in a timely manner.
• Maintain maintenance records.
• Operate small mobile equipment (forklift, frontend loader, etc.).
• Report any safety concerns to the branch manager as soon as they are identified.
• Assemble customer orders.
• Plan and develop policy, procedures, and ensures team adherence.
• Blend and load bulk liquid and dry fertilizer, and the loading and unloading of bulk liquid and dry products.
• Perform any other duties as assigned

What You'll Bring:
