Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a Warehouse/Production Supervisor in Iowa to lead the location's warehouse team and ensure safe, efficient operations. You will oversee inventory, training, and maintenance while coordinating with seasonal staff and branch leadership.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of leadership in agriculture, forklift experience, and a clean driving record. This on-site role supports Nutrien's growing ag solutions network and customer service goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in agriculture or related fields.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Manage warehouse/production team for the location.
• Order and track inventory of production and equipment parts.
• Assist in hiring seasonal staff and supervise warehouse staff.
• Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs of facilities and equipment.
• Ensure SH&E compliance at the location.
• Ensure paperwork is completed fully and in a timely manner.
• Maintain maintenance records.
• Operate small mobile equipment (forklift, frontend loader, etc.).
• Report safety concerns to the branch manager as soon as they are identified.
• Assemble customer orders.
• Plan and develop policy, procedures, and ensure team adherence.
• Blend and load bulk liquid and dry fertilizer, and the loading/unloading of bulk products.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do:

• Manage warehouse/production team for the location

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in agriculture or a combination of educationand work experience
• Proficient useof computer programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook
• Forklift experience preferred
• Clean Driving Record
• Possess a valid driver's license
