Job Description

The Operations Lead will oversee the execution of Mobile Research Community Events (MRCEs) while leading and developing a team of Operations Associates. This role combines hands‑on event operations with team leadership, training, and process improvement to ensure high‑quality community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train Mobile Research Operations Associates both at the Greenwood Innovation Center (GIC) and on‑site
• Oversee setup, execution, and teardown of mobile research events
• Partner with Directors, Project Managers, and Drivers to ensure seamless event delivery
• Manage event logistics, including supply planning, inventory, and transport
• Identify and implement operational improvements with the Operations Resource Manager
• Represent the client at events and maintain strong communication with clinical and community teams
