Custom Goods, LLC in Carson, CA is seeking an Operations Lead to coordinate and direct warehouse activities, ensuring safety, efficiency and adherence to standards. The role supervises workers using conveyors, forklifts or manual handling to move materials and products through storage and loading processes.
The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or GED with related experience, strong communication, integrity and hands-on safety mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
In this role, the Operations Lead is under the direct supervisor of the Operations Supervisor/ Operations Manager. The Operations Lead is responsible for coordinating the activities of workers engaged with lifting, transporting, storing and loading materials and products by use of conveyors, industrial trucks or by hand.
