PGIM’s 2027 Operations Internship Program in Newark, NJ offers hands-on exposure to the investment lifecycle, data management, reporting, and process improvement within a leading asset manager.

You’ll work with experienced professionals, support operational excellence, and develop analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in a hybrid, summer internship spanning June to August.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in accredited bachelor's program with graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA required.
• Ability to analyze information and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Support operational processes that enable investment transactions and client activity.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and assist with reporting and reconciliations.
• Help maintain accuracy and timely delivery of business information.
• Collaborate with investment, client-facing, and operational teams.
