Schonfeld is offering a ten-week Summer Internship in Miami, within our Core Operations team. You will work directly with Operations senior management and across peer groups to tackle high-profile projects and gain hands-on exposure to the trade lifecycle.

The program emphasizes practical learning: you’ll build reconciliation skills, analyze data, and learn how cash, positions, and trades flow through systems. Mentorship and professional development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Keen analytical eye with high attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Familiarity with data analysis and cataloging.
• Curiosity to learn how systems interact.
• SQL querying knowledge and VBA experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support reconciliation across cash, positions, and trades.
• Assist with data gathering on ad hoc projects.
• Learn full trade lifecycle from capture to settlement.
• Collaborate with Risk, Portfolio Financing, and Fund Accounting.
