Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. offers a summer internship for Management students at our 234 Cashman Drive location. Interns will work on a major project plus 1–2 minor projects, with deliverables due within a 12–14 week window.

You will present progress updates to the local leadership team and participate in training and teambuilding activities. The program targets juniors moving toward their senior year, emphasizes hands-on learning, leadership development, and networking within a global manufacturing

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an accredited college or university in a Management program, junior advancing to senior.
  • Pursuing majors in Management – Operations or Business Administration.
  • Strong computer, math and communication abilities; leadership potential.

Responsibilities

Program Outline

Each internship project selection will include 1 major and 1-2 minor projects, all deliverable within the summer period of 12-14 weeks. Present multiple project updates to the local leadership team The Program will include some additional training/teambuilding activities.

Essential Knowledge and Skills

The student must be enrolled in an accredited college or university Management undergraduate program, and be a junior going into their senior year of college. Student must also be in good academic standing. Pursuing a degree in any of the following majors: Management – Operations, Business Administration Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office) Good math and communication skills is preferred Demonstrated leadership ability. Energetic & self-motivating Able to meet deadlines

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Export Statement

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
